The film

Story

Dodmansa follows Shivu, a village-born young man who dreams of becoming an actor. After moving to Bengaluru, he works as an auto-rickshaw driver while holding on to his ambition of entering the film industry. His journey takes an emotional turn when he falls in love with Sneha, an aspiring actress. At the same time, struggling filmmaker Devu sees potential in them and attempts to give the two a chance to become the leads in his first film. What begins as a story about dreams, friendship and love develops into a struggle against financial difficulties, professional obstacles, conflicts and the harsh realities of trying to make it in the film world. The film combines action, romance, emotion and mass entertainment while exploring what makes an ordinary person truly "big" in life — measured by the size of one's heart, not wealth or status.
